IT
Whether you need hardware support, network administration, or cloud integration, our IT team is capable of all of these services – and more! We pride ourselves in providing this support in the most timely manner, and will be honest with you about what we are doing. Not only that, our IT team is friendly, easy to understand, great at explaining things, and willing to share their knowledge with our customers!
TRAINING
Our philosophy is that we will teach you as much as you want to know – about your computer, about your network, about Cloud services, or about the bookkeeping in your organization. When you say you have reached your capacity for this knowledge, we will remain on task for you, looking after those things you don’t want to be an expert on.
Many of our squadron members are trained instructors, who can educate you on various software applications, and they love teaching! 
NEW! We now have hands-on, instructor-led classroom training for bookkeeping. Whether you are a small-business owner wanting to understand more, someone considering a career in bookkeeping, or a bookkeeper wanting to learn more and increase your confidence, our training can help! We keep our groups small, and the classes are held in COVID-safe environments. We have various time slot options available (daytime,evenings or weekends), too!
BOOKKEEPING
Need your bookkeeping done? Perhaps you have fallen behind? Don’t know what to do or who to hire? We have a number of team members who are trained, certified – and very capable – of getting your books back on track. Few would understand the passion they carry for bookkeeping the way they do! Our team carries certifications in various software, including Sage 50 Accounting/Sage Business Cloud, QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Xero. All of our team members either have their CPB Canada-CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) certification (formerly known as IPBC), or they are well on their way to achieving it.
